Here are some tips on taking requests from me:
Sketch what you want to digitally draw, select the appropriate colors for the digital drawing, then use Inkscape or Illustrator to make a vector image; if there is any text, use the text tool to add the written text. Export the image as .PNG, then upload the exported image here; be sure to include the .SVG or .AI file in the description (the link will redirect a deviant to your Sta.sh), and, if you want, add either phrase "MADE IN CHINA" or "中国制造" in the description of the deviation.

"Vectoring" is basically the use of a program such as Inkscape to create vector graphics (graphics that utilize no pixels until exported as PNG, JPG, BMP, etc.). The usual file format for this type of graphic is SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic), though the EPS format is also common.
(I use Inkscape for all my vector art.)
