Yes! She thought he has hated her for all of these years, she wanted to comfort him and let him do his own thing but also wanted him to stay with his family while doing so.
Vahşi doesn't care if he's a hero or villain but she just wants him to be safe and loved by the family.

Huh, I guess during the time rage has gone into his head a lot because of Nathan letting Hal died. Dexter didn't hate her and plus he wants to try patch things up in fact Vahşi is the only one Dexter ever cares about then anyone including Hem and Nilla in his family, aftwr hearing the back story about her family, he feels bad and sorry.
