I got some bad news from the dentist (I inherited my mom's horrible tooth genes) so I was pretty upset, I basically have to wipe out as much sugar as I can for the next three or so years until all my surgeries and braces are done which I'm feeling weird about because it's good for my body, but there's not a lot of the stuff liked to eat left as an option
