I wish I could credit for that idea, but it originally came from a classic comic book cover! I am 53 years old...so I remember well the old comics of the 50's and 60's!

oh... uhmmm... do comic books really don't have shadings and shadows.. I mean... very unlikely my style wherein I use pencil shadows after inking..? I mean.. is it really like that black and white..? coz.. for me.. that technique is kinda hard but still looks neat and clean... >.<

Comics are done in a variety of different styles. You are correct that that particular image was done in a complete black and white (no halftones) style that the original was not done in. I just took the original image which was colored and done in a rougher inking style and interpreted it in a completely different style.

uhmm... I do draw comics... but still inexperience... I know about terms like in-betweens.. but.. what are halftones..? I do know about toning.. it's like you shade it right..? uhmm... halftones... means... half-shades...?

Time and effort is all you need. the more you do the better you get. Submit your work to as many publication companies as you can. And, then keep submitting as you create new works. Perserverence is you friend.
