Yes it hurts very much to pop a blood vessel. And it leaves an ugly spotted bruise type thing. But yeah, my sis and I hit eachother all the time (mostly as a joke) and my mom doesn't care lol.

I'm fine now, the vessel has healed but there's still a huge red blot on my arm. We tell our mom but her answer is always "Hit her back" and my mom has 5 kids so she doesn't really have a favorite lol
