And the name Rem actually has a long history to it. It's a name of one of my OCs but I used it once as a username in a forum and it stuck eventually. So online, I'm used to being called Rem. Although Yoru and other variations of the name are cool too. I'm just not super used to being called as such prior to MM though X'D

Oh MM is pretty darn fun. Definitely better than my old RP group. Then again, I was more of a hermit there than on MM.

I still shy away from the main chat though but that's mainly because I'm so awkward and I'm not too used to not really talking to people in a chatroom/forum because I come from an avatar forum site.

And I've made a few friends. I'm probably closest to Juu right now. X'D

I like the chaos that can come from the main chat.. also I'm a bit of a ham so I like to treat it as a stage and see how people react n' stuff!

You should drop by some more!
Especially with Makoto's character traits- there would be a greater dynamic in stories- though.. daily life stories there would be that give and take plot trait... ehhehhe but ease your way in when your ready of course!

ya never know~ .... something might happen.

I understand- sometimes in group it kinda gets hectic especially when time zones get in the way. But you're free to express that as much as ya want- the beauty of character driven plots HEHHE!

That's true but sometimes it makes me feel like people find my RPs too awkward. It's just that if I don't make it awkward, she'd be too out-of-character

And I'm still trying to really get used to character driven plots since I'm too used to simply writing stories by myself

Awkward RP's = Best RPs in my opinion AHAHahaa! (Plus others play off that sense and you don't ever know that it started awkward heeheheh...)
Well out of character stuff- there might be some hicups here n' there but if ya keep the core of her and not turn into a trope or archetype I say there's no worry at all!

Ah. Sometimes, I feel that Makoto has a tendency to slip into the tsundere archetype when she's dealing with males mainly because she can never really stay indifferent but she forces herself to stay that way because she doesn't want to deal with males. Do you have instances like that when RPng Grim too?

AHahha As you may know by now I play Grimm like How I was when I was his age...
And I'm finding that I'm more of a square than I ever was ahhah! He falls into a very neutral category- I did give him weaknesses like low self esteem.. but then added violent and hedonism into the mix- turns out that can get me into a lot of tough situations between characters... it's hard to play Grimm once he's on a mode like archetype. oooh boy... trouble...

People do expect archetypes and think they know/predict what the character will do but it's up to ya to move around and twist something that'll fit. Well it isn't a bad thing to play up the archetype- if ya got it- flaunt it!
Like I say.. it's give and take- you choose to let things happen and things to challenge... In my case I gotta be smart about it ahahha!

C'mon don't discount yourself- breath and relax... well of course with everything I say take a grain of salt... I may be horribly wrong ahahahh...

Aha. Makoto is patterned from my personality too. A bit. I mean I'm not a misandrist but I feel much more comfortable with females generally.
And I actually have the same problems with Makoto. orz The most highlighted one is probably her disagreement with Claude. Well Antares too but at least with Antares, I talk a lot with Juu so it's less awkward when they argue.

And yeah. I get what you mean. It's nice when a character follows a certain archetype but at the same time, does not fit it to a T.
And I actually am working for her to start opening up. With males, it's more of her learning to be more respectful and appreciative of them while with females, it's more of her just plainly being more lax in their companionship.

And aha. I'm generally really like this. I'm probably too serious for my own good during a great number of times. X'D
