right... have you actually downloaded the model?
Check you download history,and the model should pop up with a .ZIP at the end of it...

Okay i tranfered the outline of the model into themodel folder and now its just white DX

hermm... right... well, if I tell you how I normally download models, you can see if your way differs and then We can see what the problem is. The worst thing that can happen is that the model your using is garbage and you cant use it.
1. Download it from the website
2. open recent downloads
3. find the model folder you downloaded
4. right click it and click Open with Win zip.
5. click I agree in the win zip window
6. If nothing is listed then, the model is a dud and can't be used.
7. If there is listings, scroll though and find the model with the letters
.PMD
at the end
8. If you found that, then click the extract button to extract all the model's data.
9. Open the model with MMD as per normal, and hopefully it will be fine.
