I think you should work on your facial proportions. Your eys are placed awkwardly, like sometimes really far apart or one is higher than the other, also the head size and how far out your placing the jaw. When i draw i use a polygon model first with simetrical lines keeping things even. It took me a while to get it down but it's not hard, if you work at it you should get the hang of it very quickly. I dont usually use the proportional lines anymore but they do help a ton.

Just to let you know people, my scanner is still down so all pictures being posted had pictures taken on my camera then posted up. Once my scanner is fixed, I'll scan them and post them back up.
