I prefer numbers to words, because I think that words are awful. Writing in particular is the most awful use of time, ever. I especially hate poetry.

If someone favourites your work it's not a number it's a name.
That name leads to a person, who exists, and who breathes.
People are not perfect, therefore what's the problem?
It's not as if you're getting some random posting that tells you someone has favourited and gives you some figure.
You get the name of a person who may or may not have anything to say.
Besides, you give what you wish to receive back, and there was nothing that I could have said other than "good job", and I want more from comments than that.
