how do i get good at anatomy? my anatomy is so bad!!! how did you learn anatomy? please reply thanks! i think you give me probably the best advice

I learned the anatomy by lightly drawing all the muscles out when drawing a figure, then when I'm done I'll draw the clothes on top of it. It also helps to practice certain parts at a time. Like one week you could focus on drawing the arm muscles and the next week the legs or torso etc. Also be sure to use a muscle chart for reference while you're trying to learn. After a while you won't need the chart anymore.

Another little bit of help would be to buy a toy or figure with really defined anatomy(like a spiderman toy or something) and draw it in different poses and stuff.
