I thought I recognized illustrator! It handles shapes so well. For shading in photoshop, use the burn tool. Set it to highlight and play around with it. You can get all sorts of effects with different brushes.

Lovely picture! Heehee, big boobs. The colors and proportions are wonderful, so you're good there! A touch of shadow would really add to it. It'll help accent roundness (not that it's needed ) and give the character a sense of presence. Sometimes a lack of shadow makes it seem like things are floating. Even a light touch of shadow goes a long way. Keep drawing and coloring, you're awesome, and play around with shadowing and see what happens. Have fun!

You can do it two ways - you can use a darker color to shadow, and then zoom in to color it by hand. Or, zoom in and use the burn tool. The magic wand might be really useful for you so you won't shadow more than what you need. Do some experimenting and see what you like better. You can do it!
