The best thing I've found to motivate me is to watch/read something I really love that inspired me to start in the first place, -sometimes that backfires though, because awesome things can make me feel like I can never do as good. When I feel really bad, sometimes just taking a break for a few months is all I need. It's strange because when I come back to my artwork after a long break I seem to improve without any practice... I don't know if that happens with other people or not. I've never been very confident in my artwork myself, but I try anyway in hope that I will get better. Just don't give up, because doing something (even if it's one drawing every couple of months) is better than nothing!

I know what you mean about finding things that inspire you. Though many of the times after looking at such things, brings down my confidence levels even more, sometimes to the point where I find myself wondering why I still draw. But then I remember that I still love drawing, and try again.
