I'm a complete bum about it. Most of my OCs got their names from a random name generator. I have more fun with personality and character design.

Well I'm tryin' to think up a character for a new Rescuer team I'm forming. This one is going to include my 'sona and go along the lines of the original pmd (i.e. I have amnesia, as not to break the fourth wall). I'm not even sure if I want them to interact with Shadowheart or not.
All I know is their movesets, species, gender, and base nature/trait. I haven't really fleshed out my partner yet, but he's a Bold, Highly Curious Eevee. I have the meeting planned out already: he wants to be a Rescuer like Chill since he saved their village and all (his ma's a Glaceon and they lived up there), and he's doing the "find lost 'mons" rescuer mission. He finds a striped mander in a pile of rubble, she doesn't know who she is, yadda yadda you get the picture.
I like how you characterize; do you have any ideas you think would be interesting for him? Not even a name, but just in general?

Hmmm, Bold, Highly Curious, and a Chill idolizer. The first two make me think he should be a really energetic and eager to please Pokemon. He may want to try and take Chill's position at the start given the Rescuer's lack of leadership (Bold nature makes me think he'd try it). Even if he isn't the leader of the team, I can kind of picture him acting like it since Chill was leader. Ooh, check out synonyms for Bold and the Japanese equivalent if you get stuck. As for flaws, his nature and trait are the kind that can easily be helpful and harmful, but if you need more things to add, I just reblogged a personality trait list if you feel you need to add stuff to balance them. Another thing that helps is ask yourself why he's bold and curious, then you'll have parts of his backstory as well as personality.
As for the actual characterization part, give him some moments at the beginning to show off his most prominent personality traits as well as a moment later on to show off an unexpected side of him.

A few minor issues. In the paragraph after "record time is a few hours" you spell "the" with an extra "h" in front. Also, you're missing a period between two of the sentences when Light complains about their names being common. Part of Light's angry response to the French comment is not bolded when it should be. When Light it thinking of names, you forgot to capitalize and stick a period after Mr. Ninetails instead of Ninetales after the team name spelling question. Near the end of the description of Light's "backstory", you have moments where a random word is capitalized or there's a comma instead of a period.
Other than that, I like it. I can't wait to see them in the future.

Mr is usually spelled Mr., at least, it is in the US. Your profile says your from the UK, so I'm not sure if you write it differently.
