to clarify
1. Rarity is still her mature self but shrunk to Spike's height (not de-aged) with her legs dwarfed to filly length (for kawaii reasons)

Yeah....

I'm not sure I'll be able to participate, or, sorry for my bluntness, want to this time. My previous participation in the other contests and not getting desirable results or attention have left a bitter taste in my mouth. Its not helped by the fact that I more than once have gone up against artists who are ten times better than me.

I'm sorry, but at the moment, I lack time, motivation, or (in my case) a good a chance at this contest...
