Who would win in a fight - The Stainless Steel Rat or The Titanium Turtle?

Titanium turtle for sure. The turtles shell is already built to be incredible durable and the titanium simply makes it that much more resistant to damage. Meanwhile the weight difference negates the speed advantage the rat might normally have. The rat may have greater flexibility and power, but the turtle will win a war if attrition... just my thought on the question.

Interesting. I was unfamiliar with the character, but I am very interested in the ideas. It does sound like something that might fit within the universe I am writing.

Yeah no problem. I'm actually in the middle of writing a semi-realistic sci-fi novel and have been looking for art that kind of matches my ideas for possible cover art and more ideas. The ship design seemed pretty close to some of the ideas I have going so I thought it would be good to keep track of it.
