My traditional drawings are kinda ehhh sucky. I've improved since the last drawing I've uploaded but I can't even make myself draw hardly anymore. I'm really bad with drawing clothes and stuff =A=;; and it discourages me.

Practice makes perfect.
Sometimes I just go to other artist's gallery and look at their art and try to take something from their art that I like and try to make it into part of my own style.
Also you can also read and watch a lot of anime and stuff and try drawing the character. Each time you draw, there should be a little bit more of an improvement even if you can't see it.
Why don't you just draw whatever you like. You can also search up clothes on google for ref ( or tumblr xD )
Well you know encourage them and compliment about their art and try starting a conversation and so on. I'm sure you can do it if you try your best.

I've gotten good at about everything except I can never some up with clothing or whatever.
Ruffles and frills are so hard for me to draw D; and curly hair.
