I don't think so, I don't remember ever doing an stamp request for you.

Examples: You ask for four stamps, you only can pay for two of the them, the other two you will get for free.
Price per stamp you can pay: 20
Why I am making these changes is because stamp making can be very draining (I mean as get boring, but I don't want to close this so you guys don't have to wait for this to open again) and I have school again currently so my time is limited and with the pay what you can policy I will get a stable but not crazy flow of stamps requests/asking for stamps.
If you notice I also changes/removed/added some rules below.
