Yaaasss, it always feels like a minefield when trying to just have a nice chat with someone here, I feel like they are scared i'm a art thieve since I dont have much on my gallery, maybe im just paranoid

Yeah, I just don't want to come off as weird or naive just because I want to be nice! Like, I'm well aware of the stress of the real world, but maybe being nice to each other will make it easier for all of us!!

I wouldn't be too paranoid, some people are too protective of their work imo, because the unfortunate reality is that our work will eventually be stolen, which is not to say you shouldn't not want that when it does happen, but I feel like some people are unnecessarily on guard constantly when there's no reason to be. Idk, some people just get to jaded, I guess?
