i think it will be like nothing i expect, and that sort of worries me. i have traveled to switzerland to meet a guy once, but that was different i think it was my way of rebelling against social norms, this time it would be because i got these feelings lol this time it would be only for me

I moved all the way to New Orleans for a girl. That was a huge mistake on my part. Its cool that you've been to Europe though. Going to Europe is on my to do list. I hope things do work out with you and ur potential guy. I think I'm truely done with love and relationships.

Eh I was with the swiss guy for 4 years he was my fiance' so I seem to have a bit of luck. And everyone says they are truly done with love and then they happen upon someone that makes their heart flutter. I am confident I will have fun, I am also quite confident I am going to get punched in the mouth by his ex. Been having these reoccurring dreams.

never ever ever wreck a girls face!!!!!!! and as for the swiss he felt that there were more important things than me, like himself. for the first two years we were great then he went for his military and a drill instructor gave his some advice about life. next thing i know i loose being a person and amount to his accessory.

sry im rather vengeful...lol. what weird advice did he get? His drill instructor is a jerk. I know what its like to just be an accessory. Its anything but worthwhile. Question: have you seen the movie "Good Luck Chuck?" My life is kinda like that except without the happy ending.

nope but i know the movie, the drill instructors advice was don't get serious till you are 30. i am not vengeful that just would make me bitter. i don't want my past ruining my future so i let it go.

it just seems like a waste to me, spending all that time thinking about the one that hurt you. my dad gave me the best advice though i didn't think so at the time, the cure for a broken heart is another man. and the sooner you fine that person that is kind the sooner your heart forgets it was hurt hearts got fish memories.

Your dad sounds like a smart man. That is truly good advice. Its just hard for me because its not easy finding another girlfriend. Lack of options, opportunity, and I'm picky. I only date older women, they usually don't play games and aren't full of crap.
My grandpa told me in any tragedy there are 3 kinds of people; the living, the dead, and the dying. The dead are gone, the living are moving on, the dying need to choose which they want to be. A lot of people stay in the dying phase for awhile. For now I choose to live.

i date people i like. i don't put people into brackets. because in my experience people are people everywhere age doesn't define maturity. i don't find people to date they find me and things just fall together. i guess that's a benefit of looking like me.

Really? You seem rather open and honest to me. But then again I wouldn't be surprised, people are often intimidated by unique people. Its no fun being lonely so I can relate. I usually hangout with the people at the boxing gym I go to. Sadly the friendship usually never goes past the gym.

my mom's hose has an extra room and we rented out to this lady and her friend flew from MN to help her move. I hung out with her friend for a day and then we realized we are truly alike. She even got along with my friends. Later we got married. I only knew her for 2 days. She is in MN right now for work and she is going to visit me this weekend. Ours is a forbidden love.
