Oh Ive had every color over the 20 some odd years Ive worn my
hawk. A little trick... add a bit of developer to the punky color ... manic panic... or whichever brand you use and it doesn't fade out as fast or rub off on your pillow at night

I haven't tried that! I heard white vinegar made it last longer and I tried it but I didn't see any noticeable results

Well the instructions always say dont add any... so of course I did and as far as Ive found it sticks a lot better. There isn't as much that washes out when you rinse the dye out

Your welcome. I usually use a 20 or 30. But I also bleach my hair out before I color which really makes the dye grab well
