Go for it!
I'm also going to have an evil puppet master with nazi puppets!!
So she goes to look for another puppet master to help her fight the evil one (johann is the good one)
But when she finds him she sees that he has a leg brace and now the evil one is targeting both of them and they have to team up together to stop the evil one

I don't have it typed, yet. But the prologue explains that a medicine man and a friend of Toulon and manage to send a sample of the formula to his family in Japan during WW1 before he died.

Toulon also sent the puppet Shredder Khan to the family that eventually immigrated to the states in hawii where more puppets were created by the medicine man's decendents up to present day.

The keeper of these puppets is Yume and she's being attacked by nazi puppets so she leaves Hawii and starts looking for the original puppet master's decendents but finds out that he never adopted or had children so she goes to the place Toulon was last seen alive and meets Johann there
