Dude, you should watch it! Its on Netflix, its so good. Some scenes and stuff I would warn ya about though 

In the beginning and throughout, theres some sex scenes and stuff. Uh, shooting throughout, sometimes in the face (usually not uncalled for, you can tell when its gonna happen) It shows a head being cut open and a brain, theres a graphic scene near the end where Riley (if you decide to watch it you'll know who that is) where she"s watching her dad play and all the sensates are graphically shown being born. Its pretty graphic, not your standard look st the screaming wifes face only, they get down and dirty. Also, where Riley is in the car with Magnus after the accident, she births her baby and the show it. They show someone being scalded (Lito and Nomi museum scene) Its not too bad, but it looks painful

Nomi (Transgender woman who runs a political blog, used to be an illegal hacking. Does it semi-legally for companies now. Super smart.)

Since the first few episodes are confusing, the sensates are people who can share experiences with eachother. Be there, kinda take over the persons body. They're called clusters. I don't think theres much I can say without spoiling (I'm not even sure how to explain it well), but the conflict is they're being hunted by mean santa claus. Don't look in santas eyes. He knows when you awake."
