First Answer: I am totally cool with giants. So long as the story does not end with the smaller guy/girl being crushed, eaten, or something else graphic. 
Second Answer: I am typically cool with most things. I have a personal preference for hypnosis, foot worship (Can be clean or smelly), tickling, sleep fetish. 
Third Answer: Overly darker stories, graphic material (Excessive gore, mind breaking, torture etc.). Smut (Mindless sex slaves), gross out stuff (Farts, scat, puke, inflation etc.)
