Ahkfjhf give urself more credit, u have a lot going for you when it comes to art,
your anatomys pretty good so far,
you have a super cute style. Also your shading is really good atm, I notice a lot of artists shade with nasty blacks n other dull colours but you pick some nice colours for shading n stuff, and you've got light sources down pretty well too!
I think all of that makes ur art worth a watch!!

okok first off, unless u have an explanation for that in her backstory, or are changing her to a him
u should probably use the female uniform for bnha
And you could,,, probably do silver hair. Cause there is such thing as a grey squirrel
but grey squirrels aren't really silver?? They're a mixture of grey, brown and a bunch of different colours? So if u wanna stay accurate to the animal, I'd steer away from giving her like pure silver hair.
ALSO I LOOKED IT UP, there are two really cool types of squirrels I kinda want you to see
theres a black Indian squirrel, and a giant Indian squirrel, they both look pretty cool when it comes to squirrels! And the giant one especially has a bunch of cool colours on its fur!! Though it's up to you how you want to colour it
i would definitley recommend looking up different types of squirrels though !!
i like the idea of her being tanned!! That would be pretty cute !!

though with the heterochromia,Β be sure that if you ever decide to make her family, that they have it too. Or at least like one of the parents have itΒ because it's a hereditary gene!
id also maybe consider doing something different with her heterochromia Ive looked it up and there's three different types of heterochromia, there's complete, central, and sectoral
complete is the one your thinking of with the two different colour eyes. But central is really cool with there being like a little ring of different colour in the eye, Andy then sectoral looks kinda unique cause there's just like a little quarter of colour in the eye.
im not for sure of the past two would effect both eyes, but I'm sure you could play around with it a bit more considering this is a super evolved world!!

I used Deku's uniform because somehow I never realized that the female uniforms have skirts gg me
I looked at a lot of squirrels and ended up loving the Indian Palm Squirrel x3
Idk which to go with I like complete better but I bet some people can make central look super cool.

i think bc ur using a striped animal it would be cool if you added some highlights in her hair or some darker stripes on her tail!
also the colours you used for the eyes clash a lot,Β
'maybe try using some complementary colours
Or bring the saturation/brightness of one of the colours up, to make it work a bit better
but it's all up to you!!

as for the eye colours I think what you have is,,, a little too bright,,
'it clashes with the relatively earthy colours of the hair and skin
