Also, reading your blog, I noticed that you're a writer like me - maybe you'd be interested in checking out the blog I wrote (by request, on my DA page) on my most favorite tips for getting more (and better!) writing done, as I learned from writing my first book. And yes I am a writer and I took creative writing while in High School and passed with A's so I know I'm great at it I just sometimes have problems finding out a way to end the story or how to keep it going you know... But yeah I'm slowly learning! ^^ thanks for all that info though great help!

I JUST, literally just before you tagged me on your watch list, tossed a few of the first chapters of some of my own stuff up on my DA gallery. I definitely enjoy getting connected with other writers! There's no better learning to be had than from someone else still learning the craft

yeah that's true!! Actually I'm going to start a story now like a real nice big story. It's going to be from the Victorian Era and its going to be fantasy. Full of mythology creatures and things like that. Vampires are going to play a huge role in it just deciding how to fit in other myths into it. But excellent I'll read them when I get the chance!! ^^ And I love to make friends with writer's as well! OH! I'm actually making the outline of the story and character and I took one part of your advice. I'm listening to music and it's really helping me a lot! It's the song: Best is Yet to Come from Metal Gear Solid... Gorgeous music and Irish lol it kinda sets the mood and the timeline of my story! ^^

Aw, well good to hear that something that works well for me is working for you too. Halo ODST also has a piece called Rain that I think is excellent for writing, and probably 90% of all my major (and many minor) scenes were written to music from Studio Ghibli movies (Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, etc). The composer is Joe Hisaishi, so who knows, maybe that will help you too! Oh Metal Gear.. What a great and silly franchise. Just don't listen to Snake Eater, you'll end up writing about a smelly American man snacking on frogs and alligators XD If ever you're curious, I have a pretty sizable list of the music I write to - always willing to share!

oh Halo never been a huge fan but i will admit it has nice music. But I have music from MGS, Dragon Age, Final Fantasy and quite a lot from those... I cant really listen to songs with words in Japanese either cuz I eventually learn the lyrics just by listening toit so ill find myself singing and worried about the song then my writing XD! But yeah that's b great to share some of your song ideas with me!! And HAHAHA!!! I love that song!! XD i don't think I'd write about that but I know it won't let me concentrate properly! XD LOL! And yes MGS is a fantastic series! One of my top 5 favorite video games... My favorite always switch depeding what I'm playing haha! MGS, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Yakuza, and Final Fantasy. those are always being jumbled about never in the same order XD!
