"If the Nurnstuck (wtf?!) is (git? Geht, surely?) going and Slotermeyer (WTF?!?)? Yes! (what is a Feierhund? something...dog...) that or the Flipperwaldt ...gersput...
Okay, it's nonsense German, it has to be, because what we have here is:
"If the Nurnstuck is going and Slotermeyer? Yes! Feierhund that or the Flipperwalt was sput!"
Even if the "wenn" was misheard and it was in fact, "wann", then it'd still make no sense because "wann" means "when".
