I use Manga Studio 5, it's $50 :/
some free art programs are Paint Tool SAI and Gimp, all you have to do is download them from the internet ;v;

Yeah. I found a free version of paint tool SAI but it turned out to be just a trial.

I have tried those as well. Although I like the set up and features of Medibang, it os not for my style. And fore alpaca makes my computer crash.
