Yeah... my work generally does tend to be a bit dark. I'm working on that aspect some I am very greatful though for your visit. A great deal of my work has been deleted (mainly in part due to the fact I didn't feel they were good enough after going back to them) Lately my writing has gone from fairly decient to terrible. So now I've been miniplutating my sketches and images...

LoL I just happen to realize that explaining this probably serves no real purpose or enlightenment

Anyway, your comments are greatly appreciated.

I'll continue the Spun dreams series probably in the new year. Am a bit caught up in a million other things to do. Glad you enjoyed them and will send a note once a next addition is submitted. Thanks.

Hello right back atcha sweetie I did have sunscreen on for that trip- over spf30-- sweat and waterproof! I prolly should have reapplied more often tho. I am so light skinned- blue eyes- freckles- light hair (when I have my natural color which is never ) --im like the poster child for skin cancer! I dont go out in the sun just for the purpose of tanning- I want to keep my nice healthy skin But I do spend a lot of time outdoors doing things so I am always careful. Luckily I only got a little burnt on my shoulders and tops of my thighs- my muscles sure got a workout tho! It was a great time and I cant wait to go again Hope you had a wonderful 4th too hon and that all is going good for you and yours~

the red was part of the lighting on scene. observatories are typically flooded red like that because makes viewing thhe stars easier for some reason. odd.

Hey hey!

Thank you for the comment I'm really glad that you enjoyed it. It was a poem that for some reason felt really special to me. But everytime I tried to write it down, it would go run and hide.

Regardless, i'm really happy that you liked it. Thank you very much.

And I knew what your icon was. It's the only thing that stands out when you are in a sea of BDU's and DCU's, so that you can tell who is who.

Hey man

Long time no see.

Anyway, thank you for the comment on my journal. Yes, it is something that I was worried about it when I realized where my priorities lay. I want a family life. And that's a more important dream to me then being a cop ever will be. I'll always feel a little unfulfilled unless I get into something involving Law Enforcement, but, I would rather feel a little unfulfilled then...be with out a family for one second longer.

Thanks for your comment hon I had this descrip in my journal to give more info on the process of the shot

"I thought I would add a little blurb here about the process that led up to the "pulling a veil" deviation. The original untouched photo can be found here- [link]

"I took the shot with my canon powershot A40 on a tripod~ timer set and jumped into my tub- that part is obvious It took MANY tries to catch that particular thick pull of water but finally after trying different settings, lighting, etc I caught one! Then I took it into photoshop and added a slight blur, burn here and there, and a touch of blue color saturation and that is basically all that I did And the dark spot on my lip is the ring in my lip piercing. So happy many have enjoyed it and feel free to let me know if there is anything else you have a question about I am always happy to answer questions about anything I do. I am not the best teacher but I can try~ thanks again!"

Thank you for the comments, good Sir

I like Macro shots. There's always some little detail that everybody misses, but it looks great close up.

It is an interesting way to look at the world, if you know what I mean.

Have you ever had a dream, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?

What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire deviant life, that there's something wrong with the story. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad.

You take the blue pill, the story ends. Your browser closes and you believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland. And, I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.

I offer only the truth, nothing more.

Take: The Red Pill
Take: The Blue Pill

spyed, nobody has ever done this before.
I know. That's why it's going to work.

Thanks for viewing my gallery and offering your views on the photographs and poems.

The identity of the plant in Wicked Beauty is something I’ve puzzled over too. I saw the plant when I got out of the truck to take a pic of something else and had to snap a shot or three before I could get loose from it. Springtime I’ll take a look there and try to identify the plant when there are leaves.

Your take on the poems Aftermath, and Drunk included more praise than I’d have given them, but I’m grateful.

You asked, concerning Last Friday Night, β€œWhat’s a skin walker?” It’s a Navajo witch of sorts. They violate strong Din’e taboos by touching, actually using human flesh. They have become a lot more numerous on the Rez during the past couple of decades. It isn’t clear what they do, aside from pestering people at night and scaring hell out of them, but they’re taken seriously, and a lot of shootings involve them. Pueblo Pentada has a rep for having a lot of them. On the Rez, a lot of things whites consider silly are given a lot more importance. Skin walkers get dead a lot more frequently than the average Din’e, and not more than a decade has passed since last the Zunis killed a witch.
