Possible scam: Free premium memberships

THIS IS IMPORTANT, SO I NEED YOU TO READ, PLEASE.

I received right now what is a clear spam comment, saying that if I clicked a link, I'd get s free PM. I clicked the link to be sure -silly me- (and reported the comment as spam), to find a very dubious webpage saying the following with even MORE dubious typewriting:

"DeviantArt Premium Membership Method has been leaked to a selected number of people who are keeping it to themselves.

We thought that was really selfish of them, so we decided to share it with you."

And after this, they tell you to share a comment via all DeviantART and other social media websites to 9 friends of you so you can get one.
What makes it more dubious is that the headerbar of DA is completely blank, with only the "DeviantART" link, which doesn't work, and it has the footerbar (where the copyright and links of DA are) working, but inside a border frame, below all of that.
The webpage is called deviantartpremium[dot]biz, and DA blocks this web address whenever I try to submit this journal with it. I don't think that's a good sign (Don't use that address, please).
I really think this is pure scam that I don't know where it is going, but I'd like to be really sure, so if you have more info about this, please tell me.

Please, share this journal and be careful with who sends this to you
