I remember asumeing Sheik was a girl. didn't think she was Zelda at first, though.

I do remember Ruto calling Sheik a man, after she wakens as a sage.
But of course, even the Fem!Sheik supporters have a counter for there. There was one guy with scientific proof; going overboard much?
But eh, to each their own; Sheik can be whatever you want him/her/it to be. Like Quina in Final Fantasy IX! XDDDD

though it's not as long as OoT, Majora's Mask is easily my number 2! Being a Zora is so much fun!! XD also Anju x Kafei was a nice side story.

Link to the Past, and the first Legend of Zelda; can never deny the classics. I'll admit to loving them all, however.

I've only been able to play a tiny bit of the first Zelda game.
I used to have LttP, but lost it so long ago I don't even remember how far I got.
I have Link's Awakening and Oracle of Time. I used to have Seasons, but lost it... (go figure...) but I can't play them because I can't find my GBA! DX I'm almost positive I'd beat Seasons, but not Time.
I didn't like Wind Waker that much. I thought it was silly, esp Ganondorf. >_>
As for Twilight Princess... I liked the graphics I supose, but not too much else...

Legend of Zelda, then there was LoZ2: The Adventure of Link. That wasn't too bad (it could be a hard game though! XD). OoT, MM, LttP...all fun, excellent Zelda classics.
Link's Awakening wasn't too bad, I have Ages while my bro has Seasons; they were good too.
Wind Waker was a new take, and in a way, maybe Twilight Princess was too? I like the stories though; wasn't too bad for me.

aha! there where a few 4 Swords games! I played a bit of it before. It was fun in a "wth, dude!? stop blowing us up! DX" sort of way.
there was also Minish Cap. that one was ok, I supose. I'm realy not one for the "toon Link" look though.

I think Sheik's a girl, though. A lot of evidence points towards it. If you stand Link and Sheik next to one another, you'll notice Sheik is shorter and has a lighter build and frame than Link. Not to mention her voice sounds like a girl.XD
