1. Your sister, whoever she is, has made no knowledge of any disability as far as I'm aware of. At least to me. So it's not a case of me knowing that they have issues to begin with. Plus, if someone has bad enough issues that they're going to talk about killing themselves, be a good fucking brother for once in your life and not let them get on websites where the slightest criticism will make them curl up in a ball crying for death. Let them go to Neopets or fucking Club Penguin, not on an art website where people get criticized for their art...
2. Buddy, you don't know the first thing about cyber bullying. Saying you don't like someone's art and complaining about how they may say or do idiotic things publicly on the internet is not the same thing as cyber bullying (if it's a private matter then I understand, but if they're writing open journals and stating stupid things for others to see then others may react negatively toward this).
3. Mediafire? What the fuck are you talking about? With your home? Ohhh OHHHH, it's that thing that person sent me who copied what that one person already posted about! Look buddy, I don't repost personal information that artists don't already give out themselves, anything about someone that I happen to post or that others post are things they are giving out to the public willingly. Common Forms of Cyber Bullying
Cyber bullying can take many forms. However, there are six forms that are the most common.*
Harassment: Repeatedly sending offensive, rude, and insulting messages
Denigration: Distributing information about another that is derogatory and untrue through posting it on a Web page, sending it to others through email or instant messaging, or posting or sending digitally altered photos of someone
Flaming: Online "fighting" using electronic messages with angry, vulgar language
Impersonation: Breaking into an email or social networking account and using that person's online identity to send or post vicious or embarrassing material to/about others.
