I use Photoshop CS2 and the pen tool for lineart. The dodge and burn tools are good for shading, um...and random brushes I found in the program (not downloaded) for fabric textures. And I draw each little fur by hand.

thats basically my technique, burn dodge, and drawing the fur and such by hand. Do u scan ur stuff in or is it made from scratch?

some of it is scanned and some is sketched on the computer...it depends on the picture. Some things are sooo difficult to draw at that particular time, and I'd erase the crap outta the paper, so I do it on the computer...and some days I can't take the slipperyness of the tablet and I go nuts and use paper again. And then there's the stuff I doodle in school when I'm supposed to be doing my work. I don't usually scan sketches (I have a special lineart pen...), but now that I can do lineart on the computer pretty well, I'm probably gonna start doing that.

okay, I'm not an ogre or anything XD I just overexagerate (misspelling explosion!) a lot. All the pictures I have on my computer are really gross though, I love the distort effects in iPhoto

thats cool, i know a couple ppl who think the same thing. I'm just looking at this site as a more artistic myspace ordeal. And every1 has a pic of them on myspace regaurdless of the fact that i dont like myspace to begin with. As for the name thing, well again for me anyway its not a big deal but for some1 ur age its understandable. Ppl are really paranoid these days, not saying you are or something but its cool.
