Hey!

It's been a while, hasn't it? I wanted to comment on your latest pieces, but you wanted "Advanced Critique" and frankly, I can't think of much that would help you. (And what I'm saying next isn't quite that "advanced") I'm thoroughly impressed with your toning skills and the overall composition of the panels is wonderful. Easy to follow along, and quite enjoyable.

The only thing that bothers me is your choice of text for speech. "Fanboy Hardcore" is easy to read, but the letters stretch out, making your bubbles seem too full. I suggest "Digital Strip" which has almost the same look, but more condensed. And on page three, the text is almost too small to read despite the large amount of bubble space. Take advantage of it!

But all in all, I'm enjoying your story and your comic skills are just awesome! I can't wait to see how this develops!

Thanks for the comment about the font too, though if it's the one you use in you YGO comic, then it's a little too stylised for what I want. I'll have a look around and see if there's any other style of speech fonts that I like.

Nope, the font I use for YGO is "Mighty Zeo" and is too umm... frilly for your content. Digital Strip (from Blambot.com) is similar but not wide. Blambot is the best for free comic fonts! The better ones you have to pay a little, but if you're willing to spend the cash, it's worth taking a look.
