This crap happens constantly and it ends up being the job of non-staff to say something more often than not. It's insane for them to make a rule - a rightful one - and not enforce it.

It does happen more then it should, tho I dont know a ban is the right way to go about it, I am sure people would whinge about not having freedom of speech or some crap like that. I often find myself having to defend resource DD's because people simply don't get it, and even after you explain what a resource is, they still feel the need to act like a twat, Ahh the joys of anonymity
and the interwebs.

The best person to note with your concerns would be $Moonbeam13 Id expect a bit of a delay in a reply tho, she is a very busy lady
