I am so glad! Panic attacks suck. The first time I had one I had no clue what the fuck was going on and I think that made it worse.
Hopefully what ever triggered it, has been taken care of never to return again.Β

Panic attacks and anxiety attacks are something I wouldn't wish on anyone.
I wake up in the dead of night sometimes with an anxiety attack, so if you ever need someone to talk to I am here.

I have tried some of the 'calming' methods but usually talking to someone helps.
Its hard to start but distracting yourself with something can be useful.

You are supposed to watch the brush stroke without moving your head at all. Sometimes it works, other times I am too worked up for it to help.
But panic attacks and anxiety attacks are different, so not entirely sure what works for me would even help. xD

Mmmm, yea I know that feeling too. I usually put on a tv show on my computer to distract me into falling asleep.
Even better if it's something you like, but have already watched at some point. That way you won't be surprised by any of the content, which could just make the panic worse.

That was my first one and it was seriously awful. D: I tried to do different breathing exercises but I just couldn't stop. I think what finally calmed me down was my 'Sleep' playlist, which I put on at 4:30... needless to say, I didn't make church this morning. D:

No I would totally love to tube down our mountains, I just don't have the winter gear to stay outside for longer than 2 minutes to let the dog in.Β
We do have our own hill though that we used to sled down when we were younger. Now though 3 seconds of sledding isn't all that fun. xD
Our driveway on the other hand is long and you could sled down it, but if you get it wrong you are falling off yet another drop right into some trees, so if you have no problem loosing some teeth or bloodying your nose, the driveway is perfect!

Just wondering, since Fly Aways and Draconians and other such potions negate the Flat Horned Xoal mutation, do GenderBenders as well? I have a Flat Horned who is male and is in a happy loving relationship with another male and we're hoping for flat horned babies one day(when they're really ready for a family) but I don't know if GenderBender Potions negate the mutation like other potions do.

No; only duplication effects (DUs, DOPs) and Anatomy potions affect the limited mutations - all other potions are okay.Β
