my very first attempt at hand traced vectors,
rather choppy, i think my mouse needs cleaning again.
i was thinking of getting a graphics tablet,
a basic, reasonably priced one.
do you know if they're any good /ie more precise than the mouse/?

Mais c bien vu en effet, j'aime ce paradoxe nature / ville et je crois, enfin, d'autres ont dit que cette photo avait un côté nippon, et je crois ke ça tient à ça aussi...
Quant à l'arbre, il a été un peu retouché pour avoir ce design un peu fractal, mais je te rassure, rien d'obvious

ok well... the famous dutch painters....vermeer...van gogh... had this obsession with vivid versions of the primary colours (red, yellow, blue) and often some of the secondary ones too... so you picked dutch colors! its hard to explain what i mean....but...look at some of the famous vermeer and van gogh work and you will see! and every time you see 'girl with turban' aka girl with the pearl earring, thinkof me, because I look like her, ha ha

The lighting and angle of the shot. One of his paintings is clearly imperfect to the eye who would notice such a thing, but it's how the light and angles are disposed is what makes it more essentric. It brings the colors to life and distracts from the imperfection of it. Truely magnificant in my opinion.
