Renee, thats where you lie, you DID infact insult my voice to a great degree, the immature fact is simply that you are so rude as to not admit it in the first place, Just admit your crime and Move on, and stop lieing to everyone.
Also, when was I claimging to be the best artist? I am not, and I know people better then me that are my friends, and we give consturctive critisism where it needs to be given if we ask for it, also, why would you bring up my self protrait in the first place? your trying to cause Drama by bringing it up, and I wouldn't be talking about a self portrait if I was you.
Also, as far as the comments, I don't WANT people to talk to me about what I need to do, thats the thing, I KNOW theres alot I need to improve on, but alot of people like you who don't know who the hell they're talking about will critique me when honestly I am looking for it from my sucessful friends who are encouraging and suportive along the way, not people like you who don't know the basics of what the goal of the piece is because I don't care to explain to someone who has insulted and demeaned me before.

Well, first off, letβs get the facts straight: You donβt like something, why complain about it? Thatβs a bit immature.
Next, you know me. I never said anything about my art being βsuperiorβ to yours, nor did I say anything about my voice being superior, either. Hell, I donβt even consider myself an artist- I know that I still have a long, hard way to go before Iβve explored all of my mediums and come close to perfecting them. I am an inspiring artist. I am in a separate class from everyone else in this world, no better nor worse than anyone else. Thus, I have no right to judge you, or anyone else in the world.
You know what constructive criticism really is? Itβs really a judgment of work to better yourself as an artist. Itβs not when you give a picture a half a look and laugh, and say it sucks. You need to explain why it sucks. The topic you have no control on, of course, but you can talk about how the proportions and the colors, and whatever else are bad. But hereβs something you should think about.
I know Iβm not the best artist, but I draw for the love of it, not for any sort of competition. When you pour love into a piece, even if it does look like crap, thereβs soul in that picture. What I do in my art is not to make it look like anime, or any sort of style- I aim to catch the soul of the moment. That one thing differs for all artists, and makes them unable to correctly judge. Itβs the purpose of the picture, not the picture itself. You catch the art in your own way, and I do in my own, too.
You arenβt the best artist in the world, either. I heard from an anonymous person that your self-portrait is roundish, and cartoonish. Of course, since I never seen the thing, I canβt judge, nor could I anyways.
Have you ever noticed that for some of your pieces, you have discouraged comments, whereas I keep mine open? Iβm trying to better myself, because I realize I have a long way to go. I wonβt say anything further on that topic.
As long as there a few people who like my art, then I have a reason to be an artist, regardless of otherβs opinions.
And by the way, a real friend wouldnβt go about insulting someone that their friend loves because of some grudge, when you donβt even know them, when you donβt understand anything about them.
