Someone made an uber handy code generator for this. Simply plug in your img URL, then it pops up the code you need to input. [link] Also, have a look through =somrat 's gallery, he has a plethora of custom box things like buttons and box styles. It is best to use a very large image, as they do not tile, and if it is big, it will not span the entire thing.

I've never tried, but maybe the DA embed code will work? Easiest way to get the embed code, go to the video, copy the embed code, then go to your Sta.sh, paste under Sta.sh Writer. Video should appear. Then press ctrl+e and you will see it switch to the HTML. Copy the

I'm trying to make a link to send a note to someone (for a journal), but any link I try brings me just to the Notes main page, not with the To/Subject lines filled out. For example, the "Submit a Question" button on this main page, http://my.deviantart.com/notes/?to=deviantCSS,%20AimanStudio&subject=A%20Question? just leads me to my Notes main page. :/ I'm using Chrome and Firefox. How come this isn't working?

Hmm.. Is there a different between custom boxes on a users and a group profilepage?
For expample the background does not start on the top but some pixel underneath... and the text i typed in is at the bottom... o.o

Try doing it as a blog post instead. I'm not really very familiar with group widgets vs profile widgets. But I do know a lot of groups use a blog widget of a specific post in order to format the layout of their front page.
