I do links but I hear that people prefer pics instead of links cus they don't have to click on it.

Oh darling you do not sound like an idiot at all. I had the exact same problem not too long ago.

Here's what you do: You click 'Write a journal entry' and then there is the side bit where journal skins can be kept. One that side bit are 'Stash' and 'DeviantArt' at the top. Click either one of those, and you can pick from there the pictures you want displayed ^^
