While yes, Dipper, along with his friends and family, stopped the far superior Bill, Dipper has no way of putting down Jason for good. Jason's taken far worse beatings then most of Dipper's arsenal, and even Dipper's dream scape abilities would be useless, as Jason defeated Freddy Krueger when he had the power of the necronomicon and his dream world powers in the real world.
Oh yeah, and Dipper's not a Voorhees, so... actually killing him's out of the question. And we all know Dipper has no way of throwing Jason into space or anything like that, so...

This is a tree-rific victory for Jason.
