Ah, nah I just noticed you favorited a tutorial involving someone working on Paint Tool SAI.
I downloaded a pirated copy myself, but didn't really make anything with it yet. The advantage it has over Photoshop is that it's more lineart friendly for tablet users. Plus it's more affordable than Photoshop too if people planned on buying it.
