It was mostly cause I was asking for help about what to do that time, and I couldn't properly understand what their automatic message-like replies ment xP
It took 2 weeks inbetween each respond and when there was a lot of messages flying it easily extended to half a year + more u_u
But gladly the case wasn't really anything too serious, just a misunderstanding.
