No comic yet, haha. I'm trying to learn to make images faster so I can make more pictures with her, but I don't have enough of a story to make a real comic or anything like that.

I made an image called "Succubus Smackdown" with a dark-skinned heroine and because I didn't have a name for her at the time, I just started calling her "Smacky". I guess it stuck, and even though she does have a real name now (Sahmika), everyone still calls her Smacky. You can read her backstory here: [link]

well, snowsultan, i'm a patient man. i juist love great art and with smacky she really captures me. what many people don't get to see is a black female fantsy action str. most times they're white girls. in this case, i think it's past time to see more like sahmika and so forth ... keep up the fantastic work.

Thanks as always! Yes, even though I'm an average white guy with no real ties to the African-American community, I've really enjoyed developing a black character who isn't so stereotypically "black" like so many characters in movies or comics today. I hope that people of any race can enjoy her, and I'm trying to at least make her original enough so she doesn't seem like another typical Red Sonya fantasy babe. Hopefully she's coming along well enough.

snow sultan, as an aspiring creative writer, i'll say this ... you can do it. i think it can be done. such a hot and sexy looking character should be in a monthly series, or at least some periodical series.this smacky is growing on me, it's so hard to find images of black women in fantasy, there is virtually none. thank you so much for creating her and please consider joining my facebok group sci-fi odyssey ... you're awesome talent would be most appreciated

Thank you very much, I do appreciate the kind words. Yes, I have noticed that there are very few black women in fantasy, and I also wanted to avoid making a black character that was too stereotypically "black". I'm glad that many people of all different races and backgrounds have said they like Smacky, and although I am not in a position to make a monthly comic or anything on a schedule at this time, I certainly do hope to develop her more and see what happens.

my friend, i agree very much. i detest stereotypicalism, a black character should simply be seen as a character who has volume, stereo typing and stygmatism are just a double drag. what you've got with smacky is a smash, i can't imagine anyone who wouldn't wanna write a story with her in it ... i damn sure would if i could. so, god wiling, you'll find the time and resources to do so with this awesome charater. by the way ... any other characters you plan on gracing us with?.

Heh, I wish a few more of my watchers and visitors would create stuff with Smacky in it, story or art or anything. I don't really have any other characters or projects in the works besides the others in Smacky's story and a more cartoony comic that I co-created with a friend (it's in production though, nothing to see anywhere at the moment). sol-gatito, i present to al a reptisaur. an intelligent reptillian species from beyond. they're from my "tittan of war" story, i will try to repost this image minus the "4". hopefully i'll post more of my original characters ... stay tuned.
