I a 3D programme called Poser 7. It is produced by Smith Micro. The latest version is now Poser 8 and PoserPro.
I think that Daz3d has a free version called Daz Studio. You can find it on cnet downloads. The two programs are about the same and they are easy to learn and use.

Here is a couple of sites if you want to look into it more.

renderosity.com, requires free membership.

daz3d.com, again, free membership but I think they'll let you look around first.
