Yup. It's an anime, wig. It came blue/white and I just combed it cause it was dead flat at first; basically took each strand and ratted it at the bottom with a comb, twisted the strand as I geled it and after each row, let it air dry for half hour and repeat.

It is, but it a pain to do and really hurts if you lie down on your back >.> by mistake.

Oh, yes short hair does rock. Doesn't get in the way, easier to style. Ahhh.. well.. unless you use some really good hairspray that's strong I doubt it would. :/
