Yaoi hands is a silly term to describe someone with big hands.
The inside joke started somewhere when some person took a picture of a character with oversized hands in an explicit manga.
It kinda caught on and started a thing called Yaoi hands.

Yeah, sure! I'll take a go from here. But I'm not that much of an expert on art, I'm still learning too.
First, your lines could be more thicker. When I'm doing traditional, I usually make a light rough sketch and
outline with Microns or pens, and take it from there. Your art could use more dimension, so start practicing with
some shading. Here are some examples of shading styles (Preferably, I use a combination of hatching and crosshatching. AKA I switch from time to time or use both.)

I feel like you would use Stumping because it looks far more natural, plus it could really benefit from your style.
Along with shading, figure out where the light is so you can properly put the darker tones were it needs to be.
And I cannot stress this enough, but mostly focus on anatomy. Use references! Look at pictures and try to integrate the poses in your own way.
There is nothing wrong with using references, but don't use bases. Bases do half the work for you and references are just a visual help
in order to get the correct pose you want.

Practice is key. Make sketch dumps, pile art together, whatever you want! You can take my opinion as a grain of salt but hey. I'm still learning too.
