I do admit that a world like that would be desirable, but I believe it is idealistic. Beauty is largely determined by innate behavior, and no one can change that. Society might be able to affect things like hair styles and so forth, but the foundations of beauty are not changeable.
I have nothing against you, I just don't think that will ever happen. As far as I know thinness has always been held as attractive, in spite of society changing over thousands of years and cultures.
