I have no knowledge of the Archie comics. All my stuff of TMNT's mythos comes from the cartoons and a little research.

This was the only way I could talk to you on DA, because of this weird bug with the commentsΒ on deviations, but I think your FNAF film concept was pretty good, and here's my concept: The story focuses on a character I made up named Katherine Anderson,Β a shy 17-year old who gets the job at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza from her parents, much to Katherine's dismay. She meets the employees of the establishment: Jeremy Fitzgerald (the manager), Fritz Smith (Phone Guy), and a classmate of Katie's named Mike Schmidt. Katherine starts her job as a guard, and gets scared by Bonnie, who goes in the office and removes his mask, causing her to faint. She wakes up at 5 A.M., face-to-face with The Puppet, who reveals that the animatronics are possessed. Katherine starts to have nightmares about the Animatronics, especially Bonnie. The next few nights, she discovers the brand's dark history. She realizes that Jeremy could be the killer, seeing how Jeremy's son is dead. Katie falls in love with Mike, and they both go find a mysterious man in purple who walked inside the building. But then they discover the killer isn't Jeremy, but Fritz. Fritz then chases Katie around the establishment wearing the Springtrap suit. However, Katherine stops Fritz, but accidentally killing him using the spring malfunctions caused by the sprinkler system. However, Katherine falls unconscious from a stab in her shoulder and a cut on her leg. She wakes up at 7, and leaves the building.

Not a bad outline. Might need a little bit of tweaking in a couple of areas. I'd make the ending involve the animatronics they would all want payback on Fritz.

Tweaking. OK. What changes should be made?

Evilgidgit In reply to MrPaintRavioli [2015-09-01 10:14:01 +0000 UTC]

Perhaps expand the role of the animatronics a little. I like you have an original character as the nightguard, though romance isn't necessarily needed for the movie.

MrPaintRavioli In reply to Evilgidgit [2015-09-13 05:58:24 +0000 UTC]

The animatronics ended up giving Katie nightmares, and the first sign of a relationship between Katherine and Mike was Katie holding onto Mike before Night 2, caused by Katherine's nightmares. She's not only hugging Mike, but she's also crying at the same time. She's scared of the animatronics, especially Bonnie (Fun fact: the first time I played a FNAF game was FNAF 4 Mobile, and the first animatronic to jumpscare me was Nightmare Bonnie). I just added that the diner closes after Night 4, but she goes in to check incase something happens to the establishment before it officially closes, Pirate Cove is right infront of the store rooms, something similar to your story's Foxy guarding Golden Freddy/Fredbear Fluffy from Harry Potter-style. And during the chase, Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Fredbear, and the Puppet try to stop Springtrap, but Freddy's eyes are ripped out, Bonnie's face is torn off (Purple Guy even says "GIVE ME YOUR DAMN FACE!!!!!!!"), Chica gets dismantled, Foxy gets his neck snapped, andΒ Fredbear is brutally injured. I kinda liked the idea of Jeremy being considered to be the Purple Man, and then the plot twist that it was Fritz (Phone Guy). Here, Fritz was the father of a kid who was thrown into the Fredbear suit by his own brother. As a result, he went nuts and killed his other son, Jeremy Fitzgerald's son, and three other guys. When the company rebranded in 1987, Jeremy took the position of nightguard to pay homage to his son's death, resulting in him losing his frontal lobe from a malfunction with Mangle when he was promoted to the day shift. I also changed Katherine to a college student instead of a high schooler, and her shyness makes her kind of ignored by everyone in the college. (Possible) Sequel ideas: FNAF 2: Prequel to FNAF1 about Jeremy's experience with the pizzeria. FNAF 3: Springtrap returns at Fazbear's Fright. FNAF 4: Sequel to FNAF 1, Katherine (who married Mike sometime in between 1 and 4) has PTSD from her experiences, and things get worse after Fredbear and Springtrap plushies (one of them possessed by the Puppet's spirit) mysteriously arrive at her doorstep. FNAF 5 (Original Story): Back to the Future Parts II and III-style redux of FNAF 1, college student Aria Benton works as a security guard at a Jurassic World-style reopening of Fazbear's Fright haunted by the ghosts of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Fredbear, Puppet, Purple Man/Springtrap, Jeremy, David (the guard from FNAF 3), Katherine, and Mike, resulting in the ultimate nightmare for Aria, who joined Fazbear's Fright as a guard and a made-up night guard character. The animatronics in the attraction are Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Fredbear, withered Terminator-style versions of the previous 5 animatronics, the Puppet, Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, Toy Foxy/Mangle, Springtrap, Nightmare Freddy, Nightmare Bonnie, Nightmare Chica, Nightmare Foxy, Nightmare Fredbear, Balloon Boy, and Plushtrap.

A Japanese director preferably. Or someone who will honour the source material, likes storytelling, and has actually read Bleach. Guillermo Del Toro for example.

I dont care who directs it, as long as he knows the three things that make bleach work

1. the atmosphere

2. our two main characters, ichigo and rukia, and their relationship, platonic or otherwise

and 3 (and arguably the most important). the shows fun and diverse rogue's gallery

as long as you have those three things and you do them right, I will enjoy the movie

Though considering how huge the cast is, they'd have to do about eight movies, unless they turned it into a live action TV series.

JohntheMagnificent In reply to Evilgidgit [2014-02-27 00:39:49 +0000 UTC]

true, I'd make a trilogy about the soul society arc, that arc had ALOT of plot in it

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Evilgidgit In reply to JohntheMagnificent [2014-02-27 01:31:50 +0000 UTC]

First Movie: Do a little bit of rejigging - Ichigo meets Rukia > gets powers> Orihime/Sora arc > Kon intro > Uryu and the hollow invasion/Orihime and Chad get powers > Ichigo vs. Grand Fisher. If there was enough time, either put Rukia's return to SS at the end or at the beginning of the next arc.

Second Movie: I think the whole of the Soul Society could fit into one movie. Certain things like Ichigo's extended zanpakuto learning would be minimized, but have all the vital fights present - Ichigo vs. Renji, Ichigo vs. Kenpachi, Toshiro/Matsumoto/Gin/Hinamori/Kira's brawl, etc.

Third Movie: Grand Fisher and Isshin's reveal would have to put somewhere special. Also introduce the Visored, have Ichigo's Hollow training, meet the Arrancar, Orihime gets abducted, have the second half in Hueco Mundo up til the point Aizen goes to Karakura Town. Kenpachi and Nel's individual fights could be fused into one. Confirm what happens to Grimmjow.

Fourth Movie: Fight for Karakura Town. I'm not really sure how'd they do this since 99% of the story is done through the Soul Reapers and Espada beating the hell out of each other across a huge city and mostly while airborne. I'd cut some of the stuff out like Soifon and Omaeda's fight against Barragan's Fraccion and go straight to him. Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra and the events surrounding that would be the first half an hour, then an hour and a bit for the Karakura battles, then Gin's betrayal, Ichigo vs. Aizen, and wrap it up with the last ten-to-fifteen minutes or so.

Fifth Movie: Xcution arc.

Sixth-To-Whatever Movie: The final arc depending on how long it lasts.

Evilgidgit In reply to JohntheMagnificent [2014-01-31 21:20:30 +0000 UTC]

Pokemon has already been through that. I kind of got bored of Pokemon Black and never got to the Elite 4, but the effort of Pokemon X and Y's developers and a rejuvenation of the anime and a host of new Pokemon designs and new features (not to mention turning the games into a 3D world) really got my hopes up and it was worth the wait.

Evilgidgit In reply to sonicrocks57 [2013-12-02 01:19:20 +0000 UTC]

If done as well as Gollum then yes. I don't like the technique used in video games, it makes human characters very flat faced.

Motion capture is commonly used on faces, but Beelzemon's is mostly covered in a helmet.
