heres a brief idea or the histry 4 a story
a group of people (the main characers) all have special abilities (they dnt know this). They live in different parts of the world.
A guy tells each of them that they have won a holiday to egypt. Each of these people has seen strange shadows that seem to follow them sometimes(throughout their life), however, they dont know that its the same for the other people on the trip.
When they all get to egypt, they are taken on a trip with guides. The guides suddenly disappear in the middle of the desert. The group find a trail of breadcrumbs that lead them to a pyramid (the breadcrumbs are there because one of the groups special abilities is a sense of direction, and the breadcrumbs were created by their imagination). At the pyramid they could be transported to a ufo/other dimension/ancient world etc. In this world the shadows can hurt them and have a stronger form. Their destiny is to destroy something in this other world. The adventure starts there. The story could have references to history (foo fighters - the glowing orbs in world war 2) etc.
