i don't really draw lots of fan art although my next picture is inspired by afro samurai.

i know exactly how you feel. inspiration is nearly impossible to find. sometimes if you just sit and wait it will come from no where... its important really to bring something from within you to your art.

same here....But she probably worked hard to get to that level...I never properly practiced in my life...I barely started to get serious with it this year. orz and i'm old so I kind of feel behind...; A ;

most of my practice came from drawing in class at school. i've been going on and off, never really knew what i wanted to draw, styles etc.

at one point i was considering a career in graphic design, now its kind of a side project doing business cards / logos for friends.

be persistent and it wont matter how old you are. you have my support, if you need ideas or critique let me know, we can also collab sometime if we can both hang on
